- 1) Whatever you type into the URL bar can be surrounded by www. & .com by pressing control + enter.
- 2) If you accidentally closed a tab then simply press CTRL + Shift + T to reopen the most recently closed tab.
- 3) CTRL + backspace will delete the entire previous word and CTRL + arrow keys will jump to the start of the previous word.
- 4) CTRL + L highlights the url/address bar in Chrome.
- 5) Don’t hit control+alt+delete, hit control+shift+escape to go directly to the task manager.
- 6) CTRL + shift + n opens up an incognito mode tab on chrome for private browsing. No cookies are stored.
- 7) CTRL + SHIFT + R = Clear cache and then refresh page.
- 8) Try searching “tilt” in the address bar in chrome.
- 9) In VLC, if your audio loses sync with the video or subtitles, there is an easy way to fix this. Simply pressing J or K will move the audio forward or backwards. Similarly, to sync the subtitles you can press H or G.
